We'd like to ask you to treat the condo and property with care; hopefully, no damages will happen. I want you to know that you will be responsible for the total cost to repair/correct any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guest during your stay. This includes odors from smoking or vaping, which is NOT ALLOWED in the condo, private balcony, or public building areas (stairs or breezeway). DO NOT BOOK if you or anyone in your group are smokers (i.e., cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigs/vape, including medical/recreational marijuana). Additional cleaning fees will apply if the policy is violated. NO Glitter inside the building, condo, or on the balcony. Late checkout is only permitted with prior approval. If guests stay past 10:00 AM on the day of check-out without prior approval, they will be charged an additional $50 per hour past the pre-approved check-out time. We look forward to your stay!
